00:08This was pointed out by a political analyst.

00:11The other side of the list in the OVP budget hearing in Camara,

00:15the 16 million pesos spent in just 11 days for the rent of the safe house in 2022.

00:23Code 9 of this, said by Punto de Vista in Rise and Shine Philippines,

00:27Professor Antonio Contreras, that the Joint Circular Code 9 of the Confidential Fund should be reviewed,

00:34especially if it is only given to government agencies that have nothing to do with intelligence information.

00:41Contreras insisted that this is the country that should know where it is being spent.

00:48Let's remove the holes so that it can be abused.

00:52We are supporting and we should support the strengthening and reviewing of this DBM Circular
