Considering the recent surge in concert ticket prices and issues like hidden fees and dynamic pricing, what kind of consumer protection measures do you think should be implemented to ensure fairer pricing and transparency in the ticket market?

00:12Sometimes dynamic price is probably a kind of thing that protects us from the people who actually buy for making their own profits.

00:22The more people that come, it's like business, they push the price up.

00:25What really really annoys me when just a day after the tickets for the big gig like Oasis or something gone on sale

00:33and we all spent hours and hours in a queue and couldn't get anything

00:39and literally the day after we can see people actually advertising already like it's selling.

00:45If you're a regular customer, you should be some kind of cash or something.

00:49If you're a regular customer, you should get like a fair price, you know what I mean?

00:52Like maybe £1,000, you know what I mean?

00:54Or like a set price like, you know, something like that.

00:56You should be charged extra if you're like a regular customer.

00:58Some people go to concerts all the time, you know what I mean?
