00:00Hello there, good evening, hope you have managed to enjoy your weekend.

00:04Despite the widespread grey skies many of us have seen, we have also been able to find

00:09the colour in there, whether it be outdoors with these wonderful autumnal scenes or just

00:14in everyday things that we might take for granted on any other day, the brightness is

00:19still there.

00:20It's something that we're still going to have to find over the next few days because this

00:23cloud is not going anywhere anytime soon and throughout this evening and overnight it could

00:28be thick enough to produce the odd pocket of drizzle in places.

00:31Underneath the cloud though temperatures will be holding up so many of us will see temperatures

00:36on the positive side of things but where we do see the odd clear spell, particularly for

00:40Northern Scotland, temperatures will drop off a touch more so there could be a patchy

00:43frost for the likes of the Northern Grampians and Northern Highlands as we start off on

00:47Monday morning.

00:48Into the new working week then, many of us will be greeted by grey, drab and dull skies,

00:55temperatures again the odd pocket of drizzle around in there as well.

00:59Despite that though there will be a lucky few that manage to see the sunshine breaking

01:03through at times, particularly for the North West of Scotland, parts of Western Northern

01:07Ireland, Western Wales, maybe even into the likes of Cornwall as well.

01:10Also the far South East of England just tapping into some of the wind coming off the likes

01:14of continental Europe to allow that cloud to break up a touch more as well.

01:19Temperatures tomorrow will be topping up at around 11 to 13 degrees Celsius which is not

01:23too bad for the time of year really but obviously feeling quite cool where you are underneath

01:28the cloud throughout the entirety of the day.

01:32Where some of those clear spells continue into the evening and Monday night that could

01:36allow for some fog to develop so as you start off on Tuesday morning do be prepared for

01:41some quite misty and murky scenes first thing, might cause a little bit of disruption in

01:46places.

01:47Nevertheless that cloud is going to be quite widespread once again for a good portion of

01:50Tuesday.

01:51Irish coastal districts in particular do have the potential for that light rain and drizzle

01:56at times.

01:57Parts of Northern Scotland, South East England again likely to see the greatest chance of

02:01that sunshine poking through at times.

02:03Temperatures generally similar to the day before for many of us, again 10-13 degrees

02:07Celsius but you'll just notice in the West these temperatures just starting to climb

02:11up a touch more because we are seeing a slight change in wind direction as the pressure systems

02:16reorientate itself.

02:17So for the middle of the week we're going to start pulling in more of a direct southerly

02:21wind and that is going to feed in much milder conditions for all of us.

02:25So temperatures by day but also particularly by night are going to be quite on the mild

02:29side notably above average for the time of year.

02:33Despite that though the cloud is very much likely to remain for a good portion of this

02:37week.
