Angelito Edpan, the alleged driver of a white SUV with a protocol plate 7 owned by Orient Pacific Corporation that got caught illegally using the EDSA Bus Carousel presents himself to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) together with Orient Pacific Corporation Representative Omar Guinomla and legal counsel Atty. Ma. Julieta Santos on Wednesday, Nov. 6, in LTO Main Office in Quezon City.   Edpan admitted that he was indeed the driver of the vehicle and had an investor passenger with him. He explained that he used the busway to expedite his travel due to alleged stomach problems.
