Tulfo says arrested driver of SUV that passed on EDSA busway a senator's kin
Sen. Raffy Tulfo confirms to reporters on Nov. 6, 2024 that the driver who was apprehended for driving an SUV with a fake protocol plate on the EDSA busway was a senator's relative based on reports reaching his office.
