00:10We've heard some threats that were of Russian origin, and so I don't know how to describe

00:18if that's viable.

00:19We don't think they are, but in the interest of public safety, you always check that out.

00:24And we'll just continue to be very responsive when we hear about stuff like that.

00:30We identified the source and it was from Russia.

00:32Can you elaborate on that, what kind of threats?

00:34As he said, it's a bomb threat.

00:37Just like we had the DDoS attack on Monday, October 14th, 420,000, you know, paying denial

00:45of service from Russians, so we added that interface that said, I am a human, I am not

00:49a robot.

00:51They're up to mischief, it seems, and they don't want us to have a smooth, fair, and

00:56accurate election.

00:57And anything they can get us to fight among ourselves, they can count that as a victory.

01:02So that tells you a little bit about the Russians.

01:04They're not our friends.

01:06Anyone that thinks they are hasn't been reading the newspapers.

01:10So far, we're tracking line times.

01:13Average line time in Georgia right now is two minutes.

01:17And then with the electronic poll pads, average check-in is 49 seconds.

01:23My check-in was actually, you know, under 49 seconds, it was actually about 47 on early

01:28voting.

01:29And I did want to share that because you probably thought I got special treatment.

01:32But today, it's 49 seconds for everyone in Georgia.

01:36Well, we will have, with SB 189, all of this early voting, so that's over 4 million ballots

01:43that were cast early and the absentees that were accepted.

01:46All of that has to be uploaded and reported no later than one hour after the polls close.

01:52Most polls will be closing at 7 p.m., so by 8 p.m., you'll have probably 99% of all that.

01:59So that'll be uploaded.
