00:04was distributed housing materials and essentials to the residents of Baguiong Cristina and Leona
00:09through a donation from the private sector.
00:12There is also an Integrated Disaster Shelter Assistance Program for the additional assistance of DISUD,
00:18including cash assistance for the residents.
00:21In the previous DISUD response to Albay,
00:23the agency distributed P30,000 for the totally damaged house,
00:28while P10,000 for the partially damaged.
00:32DISUD helped the National Housing Authority, or NHA,
00:35for relocation to high-risk areas.
00:38There is also a National Housing Program for the Philippine Program, or 4PH,
00:42the agency for affordable housing in areas affected by typhoons.
00:47DISUD is also preparing for the upcoming storm Marseille.
00:53Secretary Acusar issued a memorandum
00:57ordering all of our regional offices
01:02to have an anticipatory or proactive approach.
01:06We are the ones who will immediately approach
01:08those affected by the typhoon
01:13and let them know that we have a program,
01:16these are the requirements,
01:18we are ready and coordinated.
01:21So that we can provide immediate assistance to our countrymen.
