00:00The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, or DISUD,

00:06was distributed housing materials and essentials to the residents of Maguyong, Cristina and Leon

00:09through a donation from the private sector.

00:13There is also an integrated disaster shelter assistance program for the additional assistance of DISUD.

00:19Cash assistance for the residents of Maguyong, Cristina and Leon

00:23In the previous DISUD response, the agency distributed P30,000 for a totally damaged house,

00:31while P10,000 for a partially damaged house.

00:35DISUD helped the National Housing Authority for relocation in high-risk areas.

00:41There is also a national housing for the Filipino program, or 4PH,

00:46the agency for affordable housing in areas affected by typhoons.

00:50DISUD is also preparing for the upcoming storm, Marseille.

00:57When Secretary Acusar issued a memorandum,

01:01all of our regional offices were instructed to have an anticipatory or proactive approach.

01:09We will be the first to approach the areas we see affected by typhoons,

01:16so that we will be able to provide immediate assistance to our countrymen.
