00:10and hoodies to mugs, pens, bottles, that kind of thing and we're based in Lisburn in Chapel
00:14Hill.
00:15I think my business ambitions in the short term is to start going into retail, get more
00:20working customers.
00:21In the long term I want to employ more staff, get more equipment and become the one-stop
00:25shop for everything you need branded.
00:28I think what gave me the belief would have been people kept coming back whenever I first
00:32started doing it and then when I opened the shop I'd been busier than I've ever been in
00:35my life.
00:36I think I wanted to start Go Succeed, I saw it mentioned on social media actually and
00:41when it comes to marketing and HR it's not my strength at all and I knew I needed help
00:45and Go Succeed's been fantastic.
00:47I applied for the grant about a week and a half ago and got accepted for it within three
00:52days, that's been brilliant, the equipment arrived recently and it's just been unreal
00:56and it's only let me employ somebody now in the next couple of months.
00:59Signing up to Go Succeed was extremely straight forward on the website, fill in a quick form
01:04and they got back to me within 24 hours.
01:07I think what benefited me the most from Go Succeed would have been the mentoring aspect,
01:11things like marketing and all, I have a marketing plan for the next four years and then HR can
01:16get people to join me easily, it's going to be amazing, it's going to change the business
01:19basically.
01:20Yes, I would recommend Go Succeed to anybody thinking about starting a business or even
01:24somebody who has started in the last 12 months because the help you get is just unrivalled
01:29and doesn't cost you anything.
01:30I think my proudest moment to date has been opening the store, getting the signage up
01:35and then coming to work every day and seeing it and knowing that it's mine.
