00:00hi guys helmy here from heba coffee and desserts we are currently located at 26 stockman's way and

00:09i just want to give you a little bit of a background story as to why me and my family

00:13actually started this coffee and dessert business i'm born and raised in belfast my dad is originally

00:20from libya hence why i'm called helmy with my dad being from libya in the arab culture family and

00:27food is such a big thing not that it isn't in belfast but it's something that is more celebrated

00:34back in libya and growing up my family were always close we did and still do love food specifically

00:42desserts and over the years through my friends you know coming into the house and stuff and my

00:46family making food they always said you could sell us stuff and for many years now we have always wanted

00:51to open our own place but honestly we were just never in a position to so now we've got the position

00:56that we can actually do it after years of savings we've got the point that we're able to open heba

01:04my partner mel and my two sisters jasmine and samaya they help out with the desserts when they can but

01:12all the inspiration for the desserts actually goes to them guys i am a coach myself outside of heba

01:18over the years i have traveled to many different countries and i've always loved coffee and having

01:23been around the best cafes in belfast i genuinely believe that i can produce one of the best coffees

01:30in belfast which is why we teamed up with northern ireland's leading coffee distributor which is

01:37billy's right behind me with incredible coffee my partner and my sister's inspiration for the desserts

01:44that combination together is what heba is all about guys i personally know how incredible the coffee and

01:51the desserts are because i've tried them and i would absolutely love for you guys to actually try it
