00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was able to assist the President of the United Arab Emirates

00:06in strengthening the ties between the two countries.

00:13President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s trip to the United Arab Emirates is already scheduled for next week

00:19for a one-day working visit.

00:21According to the Presidential Communications Office,

00:23although the President's working visit is short,

00:26it is expected to be productive.

00:29As part of the President's activities,

00:31the President will meet with UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nayan,

00:36where the two leaders are expected to discuss

00:40how to strengthen the ties between the UAE and the Philippines.

00:44The Chief Executive will also thank the UAE

00:47for the recognition and appreciation of the talent of the Filipinos in the country.

00:52The President is asking the Filipino community in the UAE

00:56that he will not be able to visit because he will return to the Philippines

01:00for personal reasons related to relief and reconstruction activities

01:03to the communities affected by the recent typhoons.

01:07The number of delegations included in the President's working visit has also been limited.

01:12Meanwhile, the Chief Executive has instructed the government

01:16to postpone the election

01:19in the Moro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Obam,

01:30to separate Sulu from Barma,

01:32which should be followed by the creation of local government code,

01:35administrative code, and electoral code

01:45that used to belong to Sulu.

01:48Now, they don't have a congressman,

01:50they don't have a province.

01:53There are also eight municipalities

01:56that don't have a district or province,

02:00but they won the plebiscite,

02:02so they are part of Barma.

02:03So now, we will create a new province.

02:06The Chief Executive also instructed

02:08that the Barma parliamentary elections

02:11in the 2025 midterm elections
