00:07for the victims of the severe Tropical Storm Christine.

00:11It is stated in Proclamation No. 728 that the declaration on National Day of Mourning

00:16is as an apology to the families of the victims of the Tropical Storm Christine.

00:21Because of this, the Philippine government should forgive all government agencies

00:26and the Philippine Embassy in other parts of the country

00:29will be given a half-mask this Monday.
