00:00Hundreds of families on Calayan Island in Cagayan were evacuated as a precaution against the typhoon León.

00:35which include Babuyan Claro, Cabo Dadan, Centro, Dinam, Magsidel, Dadao, Libay, Minabel, Naguilian, and Poblacion.
