00:00Some places in Cagayan were flooded after some rivers overflowed due to heavy rains caused by the Marseille storm.

00:14Instead of a sound sleep, a family in Sanchez Mira in Cagayan experienced a nightmare

00:21when the Marseille storm hit on Thursday night.

00:25A woman was left in tears after a strong gust of wind blew their roof off due to the effect of the storm.

00:32In the video, you can see that the man was forced to tie the iron,

00:36but the man was unable to do anything when the strong gust of wind blew their roof off.

00:43On Thursday night, the strong gust of wind swept through Cagayan while moving towards Ilocos Norte.

00:50Due to the constant rainfall last night,

00:52some rivers were not able to pass after the rivers overflowed, just like the San Isidro Bridge.

00:58The water level in the rivers rose rapidly due to the heavy rains in Pamplona, Cagayan,

01:03where some houses and structures near Pampang were flooded.

01:19The main road in Barangay Culiet, Gataran, was flooded with water

01:23after the rivers overflowed in the area.

01:26In the middle of the road, trees and rocks fell due to the strong gust of wind brought by the storm.

01:33No one was hurt, but it seemed that a department store in Santa Ana, Cagayan,

01:38was shaken by the strong gust of wind.

01:44Meanwhile, some residents of Pamplona, Cagayan,

01:48were evacuated to a temporary church due to the strong gust of wind in the evacuation center.

01:55The government is continuing to work with other bodies

01:59to provide assistance to the victims of the Marseille storm.
