00:06Expert Talk by PTV and the Department of Science and Technology was hailed as the best children and youth program,

00:13while Public Eye received a special citation for best adult educational or cultural program.

00:19Sagisag Kultura TV from PTV and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts also gained recognition.

00:26In Person also earned a special citation in the best talk show category.
