00:05The residents of Cagayan are being continuously taken care of due to the effects of the León storm.

00:10The town of Santa Ana was hit by strong winds and strong rains.

00:16In Barangay Palawig, residents near the coastal area immediately evacuated due to the storm surge.

00:23As of now, more than 100 families have been evacuated to coastal barangays.

00:29The Gale Warning has also been raised in the town of Lalawigan.

00:32Therefore, it is prohibited to sail and travel by sea vehicles.

00:39The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board has approved an increase in the salary of workers in Western Visayas.

00:47Because of this, the daily minimum wage rate in non-agriculture is now from Php 485 to Php 513,

00:56while Php 480 for workers in the agriculture sector in the region.

01:02Meanwhile, the monthly salary has also been raised to Php 6,000 for households in Western Visayas.

01:09More than 193,000 workers in the region will benefit from the increase in salary.

01:16It is effective from November 17.

01:21President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. is leading the opening of the Maersk Optimus Distribution Center in Calabasity, Laguna.

01:30This is the largest Maersk Distribution Center in the country with a storage capacity of 76,000.

01:37It will serve as a transport hub for various types of products.

01:42According to the President, it will help to decongest Mainina and expand the opportunity in the province,

01:49especially in the opening of more jobs.

01:53With the grand opening of the Maersk Optimus Distribution Center,
