00:00Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is still high in some places in Luzon due to Hurricane Henner.

00:07According to the latest data of Pag-asa, the Tropical Depression Henner has reached its peak

00:13in the area of Quibungan, Benguet, and is moving slowly.

00:17Pag-asa added that the storm will sweep the coastal waters of Ilocos Sur, Ola Union, today

00:24and is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility later tonight until tomorrow morning.

00:32It is also possible that it will move to a low-pressure area in the next 12 hours while in northern Luzon.
