00:20Good morning. Aside from the strict monitoring, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. asked for a report on the impact or effect of the hunger-free food stamp program by the government.
00:33The President said that this is so that the program can continue and reach the targeted target of the government by 2027.
00:42This is so that 1 million food-poor households can be supported.
00:47As of now, Mr. Cutibon, 182,771 families are receiving food credits per month.
00:56Under the hunger-free food stamp program, qualified households receive P3,000 worth of food credits per month
01:04through electronic benefit transfer that is used by beneficiaries to buy food along with them from stores and authorized stores.
01:15Remembering the enhanced partnership against hunger and poverty, the President said that this is proof of the government's commitment to fight hunger and poverty.
