00:00Tiga, dua, satu!
00:30Ensuring the smoothness and ease of transportation logistics
00:39and making it possible to export and import more smoothly.
00:46But when it comes to ecosystem logistics,
00:50this is not just a matter of DHL.
00:53It means that our relatives who are involved in MAB, transportation, customs,
01:02migration, roads, all of it, all of the facilities and logistics
01:10must be taken into account.
01:12If not, it is not called an ecosystem.
01:14This is what we always pay attention to
01:17because port, transportation, aviation, and logistics management are very critical.
01:25As we know, Malaysia has been considered as a semiconductor hub for this area.
01:35Then, after we saw a very convincing improvement in Selangor, Johor, and also in Kulim Hitech,
01:48we see a new growth in the field of data center and AI in our country.
02:00So, all of these make us proud.
02:06But if we do not manage it well, it will hinder the progress that we hope for.
02:15We did not expect that in the past year, the interest of big investors has increased
02:22and the numbers have increased.
02:27But I want to emphasize how important it is,
02:30as given attention by Brother Anthony Lok and the Ministry of Transportation,
02:34to ensure the logistic ecosystem.
02:38I emphasize this again and again
02:40because the ecosystem has increased not only in terms of ease of operation,
02:47but also in terms of training and giving attention
02:51so that it becomes a hub of prosperity
02:54and training workers and children in this field.
03:02And here, I want to urge DHL,
03:08I hope Candy and Julian can pay attention
03:12because the investment has increased,
03:16the ease of operation is attractive,
03:18and for the government, and I believe especially the Ministry of Transportation,
03:22to pay special attention.
03:26And he is among those who encouraged me to be present
03:29as a sign of support and pay attention to an important issue
03:36to lift our efforts.
03:39So, what we ask from DHL,
03:42as well as the efforts of other big companies,
03:47is to pay a little more attention to the management of job upskilling
03:56through a hub of prosperity
04:01and also training that is more than ordinary skills.
04:08Upskilling is because we have grown in the field of automation,
04:12in the field of digital and AI.
04:16And I believe DHL, as an aggregation company,
04:19is able to employ young people in this field.
04:23I made a specific suggestion because when we refer to the issue of ecosystem,
04:29logistics ecosystem,
04:31we are talking about DHL as a prime promoter, investor,
04:39and having the expertise facilitating this export and import,
04:45but the ministry under Anthony Lok, of course,
04:50has to look at the ecosystem, which means the total infrastructure,
04:56airlines, Malaysian Airport, Brahad, transportation, roads,
05:07all associated with the need to facilitate and accelerate the process here.
05:16But beyond that, I think it's probably timely for DHL,
05:22as other major investors have done,
05:25to focus also on the issue of training, upskilling of our staff,
05:32existing staff,
05:33because we are moving towards automation, towards digitalization, towards AI,
05:38and the expertise is there with DHL.
05:41And I think they should have, beginning with a small center of excellence,
05:46to make sure that DHL promotes also the capacity of our workers,
05:54because they have shown such resilience and discipline,
05:57and therefore I must thank the staff and the workers at DHL
06:02for the relative success we have achieved thus far.
06:05Terima kasih banyak.
