00:0878 were from the Bicol Region, including the entire province of Albay, Cabarines Norte and Sur, Catanduanes and Bulan-Sorsogon.

00:1963 were from Calabarzon, including the entire province of Cavite and Batangas, and several towns in Quezon and Laguna.

00:2713 places in Eastern Samar were declared as State of Calamity, including Calbayog in Samar and several towns in Eastern Samar.

00:36There were also 1 place in the Ilocos Region, Soxergen, Cordillera Administrative Region and National Capital Region.
