Following the footsteps of various health and pharmacy brands like RiteAid.com/store survey, they began their survey campaign as well They hired a development team to build a user-friendly platform wherein customers can offer their feedback. To make things more interesting, they framed the questions in a way that the customer just needs to spend a few minutes and the feedback is recorded.
