00:06we're going to look at is around the speed clamp.

00:08Okay, so if we use a demonstration here, so coming into this grid here, okay, so one partner

00:13will be one leg on the floor, which illustrated the closest foot to the tackle, and all it's

00:19going to be then, we're going to make a nice quick tackle as the pad drops into our position

00:24around our speed clamp.

00:25Okay, then we go up, we use a different leg, and we swap partners.

00:29All okay with that?

00:30Okay, off you go then, into your grids.

00:34So really focus now, okay, spine in line, above the horizon, good stuff, okay?

00:42Okay, when you're ready, you start going on your own time, one each shoulder, okay?

00:48Really squeeze that clamp, okay, clamping those arms, good.
