00:06The rescue operations of the authorities in Camarines Sur were unsuccessful

00:10in the middle of the storm.

00:12In the village of Pili, the rescue operation was difficult

00:16because of the heavy rain and the strong flow of water.

00:20The rescuers used a raft to rescue some residents.

00:27According to the provincial government of Camarines Sur,

00:42President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. was instructed to be careful

02:43This morning, October 22,

02:45John Lloyd, a 24-year-old resident of Jerum, Barangay Lapu-Lapu, Dapao City, was hit by a motorcycle.

02:53The driver of the taxi was also hit by a 35-year-old resident of Muslim Village, Times Beach.

03:01The driver of the truck, Julito, a 35-year-old resident of Puroc Uno, Mabunao, Dapao del Norte.

03:08A police investigation is underway.

03:11The motorcycle was found at the Old Airport Junction at Arcastillo Street.

03:16It was also found at Corner Fortune Homes in Barangay Sasa.

03:20It was hit by a taxi that was driving in the wrong direction.

03:24The driver of the motorcycle was not in control.

03:27That's why he was hit by a truck.

03:31The victim was taken to Central 911.

03:36The victim was declared dead by the responding paramedics.
