00:00In Russia, the 16th BRICS Summit will be held from October 22 to the 24th in Kazan,

00:05under the motto Strengthening Multilateralism for Equitable Global Development and Security.

00:10Leaders of BRICS countries will exchange views on main affairs as cooperation, security,

00:15economic and humanitarian ties. They will address a likely expansion of BRICS via establishing the

00:20partner state status. The heads of the New Development Bank, the BRICS Business Council,

00:25the Interbank Cooperation Mechanism and the Women's Business Alliance will be holding

00:29debates. Those results will be provided in the Kazan Declaration. On the closing day,

00:34a BRICS Plus meeting will take place participating in almost 40 countries to discuss about the war

00:39escalation in the Middle East and cooperation of BRICS states and the Global South in the

00:43interest of ensuring sustainable development.
