This comforting dinner recipe takes everything you love about a classic Greek spanakopita and stuffs it inside of a baked potato. In this video, Matthew Francis makes a spanakopita loaded potato with salty feta cheese and a cooked spinach mixture.

00:04what's inside of a classic Greek spanakopita and instead stuffs it inside
00:08of a potato. Once the baked potatoes are fully tender, cut them in half and take
00:12out the insides to beat together with some cream cheese, a cooked spinach
00:16mixture, and feta. Re-stuff the potato shells, top with more feta, and bake until
