00:10Painting can be both fun and therapeutic, as well as a way to express your creative side.
00:17However, many find painting to be quite difficult and don't know where to start.
00:24But don't worry, I will help you learn how to paint by starting simple.
00:29With the flag of my homeland, Japan.
00:33First we start with a blank white canvas.
00:36Next we put red paint on our paintbrush.
00:39Then we make a circle in the center of the can.
00:44Hmm, that's not how it's supposed to look.
00:47Let's try that again.
00:50Well, it is a Japanese flag, but it's not the one I wanted to paint.
00:57It's a bit too complex for a first lesson, but let's try this one more time.

01:04It's close, but it's the wrong color I don't recall having any green paint.
01:10Maybe I mixed it by mistake?
