00:15The accusation was made during a press conference on national television by the Minister of Interior,

00:20Delosado Cabello, who announced the arrest of a group of individuals recruited to sow

00:25violence in the country. Cabello also announced the seizure of 24 US-made assault rifles during

00:32the operative and assured that the rights of the detainees would be warrantied by the Venezuelan

00:36justice.
