Archers shoot down Growling Tigers in overtime  Defending champion De La Salle University displays championship poise in overtime to top University of Santo Tomas, 94-87, and clinch its fifth straight win in the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena on Oct. 16, 2024. Kevin Quiambao poured a career-high 29 points on top of nine rebounds, and three assists to power the Green Archers, who improved to 8-1. The fourth seed Growling Tigers dropped to 4-5, after back-to-back losses.
