00:00My name is Vu, I'm at Viet Quang restaurant 1 Lamport Grove in South Sea.

00:06Brilliant, can you tell me a little bit about the restaurant and some of your popular dishes?

00:12Yeah, well we've been here for just over a year now and yeah we do a lot of gluten-free

00:23dishes, a lot of vegan dishes too. Our popular dishes I would say amongst vegans is

00:31the steamed aubergine, the customers absolutely love that one and believe it or not

00:40vegan squid which is made from Japanese starch and the texture and the taste

00:45it's just like squid believe it or not and yeah they seem to love that. Amongst other dishes

00:53the shaking beef we use the Angus, we use Angus steak for all our dishes and the shaking beef

01:01that's very very popular. Crispy pork belly that's again that's another one and the chargrilled pork

01:08vermicelli that we've used fresh vermicelli obviously with lots of fresh vegetables and

01:16herbs and then there's a homemade sauce that's a drizzle all over and mix it all up and then

01:21obviously the noodle soup, the pho, yeah we do all sorts. The spicy noodle soup also that's

01:30that's highly recommended and people love that dish too. Sounds like lots of variety. Yeah,

01:37a lot of variety so yeah it's very very health conscious and everything is fresh.

01:43I mean we use the very fresh produce, we make everything in-house on the spot rather than

01:55pre-cooked or whatever. I mean some things you can't help but mainly

02:00yeah we have an ongoing process, always prepping food, always making it on the spot and

02:07it's also calorie count is pretty low which I think people find which people love.

02:18So tell me tell me how long you've been here? We've been here just over a year, we've opened

02:23just over a year, seems to be very popular. It's a good location for you? It's a good location but

02:32again with the customers, we get a lot of customers coming back which I think I hope is a

02:39good sign and they're honestly they're the loveliest people. They're very helpful, very friendly,

02:47yeah they like a lot and they seem to enjoy this this place so much so it gives me a lot of

02:54pleasure. So tell me your opening hours? So we open at half past 11 every day and then we

03:05we close around about 10 o'clock at night but the kitchen closes around about nine o'clock

03:12so yeah so yeah just hopefully you get here before nine so you won't be disappointed

03:19but yeah we're mostly we're busy throughout the day but obviously with a lot of business I guess

03:27we're around a little bit quiet between two and four four o'clock but other than that we're

03:33yeah we're pretty pretty full every every night really.
