Hockey - The forehand stop

Greetings Everybody!

Welcome to learning hockey with Jude Felix Sebastian.

Today, we learn to stop the ball using our forehand and the reverse part of the stick.

When you strike the ball, gradually move your leading foot forward.

Another important drill is the triangle pass technique.

Bring another player in, change your direction, and practice the forehand and reverse stick stop.

This brings a surprise element and strengthens your footwork.
