Hockey - Forehand and shuffle tackle

Greetings Everybody!

Welcome to learning hockey with Jude Felix Sebastian.

Today, we learn the fundamentals of tackling in hockey.

For the forearm tackle, ensure that the grip is rock solid, especially on your left hand.

Don’t go too close to the ball to tackle but reach for the ball.

Next comes the shuffle tackle.

In this, you shuffle forward, extend your arm, and aim to tackle the ball.

Ensure you go back to your original defensive position.
