Badminton - Backhand net lift

Greetings Everybody!

Welcome back to learning badminton with Abhijeet Naimpally.

Today, we learn the backhand net lift.

This stroke is primarily directed towards the other side of the opponent’s court.

First, shift your weight on the front foot in line with the shuttle.

Ensure that after you play the shot, you get back to the standard stance.

You can either drop the shuttle near the net or place the shuttle behind the opponent.
