00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development insisted that they will help all those in need of assistance.

00:06But they also clarified that the assistance should not be used for politics.

00:12According to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, even if there is no referral of lawmakers, they will still help.

00:18So, now that the election is coming, they will follow any conspiracy laid by Comelec.

00:26DSWD will not use it for any kind of politics.

00:29They will not allow our career social workers to risk their licenses.

00:34Remember, these people are licensed.

00:36They will not be used by any other secretary because those are their careers.

00:40Many of them have professional licenses.
