00:00What I've learned is you can learn so many things from people.

00:04I have met good people, I have met bad people,

00:07I have met monsters, and I have met angels.

00:10There's always something you have to learn from them, from their encounter.

00:13I've met people and I've walked away thinking,

00:17I understand now why the family failed.

00:19I understand now why the business failed.

00:22I realize now why he's a drunkard, why he's a wife-beater, why he's an abuser.

00:27I understand now why people devote so much to charity,

00:32why people donate so much of their life to help other people.

00:36And I've also met people who will not bother to help anyone.

00:40One of the most interesting things about my job is

00:43it gives me a look into the lives of so many people,

00:48a very diverse collection of characters that is really a study in human nature.

00:54That's the most interesting thing about what I do, what we do.
