00:00The Social Security System or SSS announced the appointment of Commissioner Robert Joseph DeClaro as the new officer-in-charge

00:09following the resignation of Rolando Ledesma Makasait.

00:12DeClaro served in the Social Security System since January 2023.

00:18He is currently a member of the board of the Union Bank and has more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors.

00:27He started his career in the Nestle Philippines and also held international positions.

00:32In his new position, DeClaro is expected to continue his SSS mandate

00:38to provide comprehensive Social Security Protection for every Filipino.
