00:00The Social Security System, or SSS, announced the appointment of Commissioner Robert Joseph DeClaro

00:06as the new officer-in-charge following the inauguration of Rolando Ledesma Makasait.

00:12DeClaro has served in the Social Security System since January 2023.

00:16He is currently a member of the board of the Union Bank

00:20and has more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors.

00:26He started his career in Nestle Philippines and also held international positions.

00:31His new position is to continue DeClaro's mandate of the SSS

00:36to provide comprehensive social security protection for every Filipino.
