Hurricane Milton is no match for a Category 5 Florida Man. Meet Lieutenant Dan who refused to leave his boat this week, using the sound logic that if it floods, he’ll float.

The internet pretended to be worried about Dan but real ones knew he’d be just fine. But after going viral, even the mayor of Tampa was concerned.

After the cold, dark and windy night, Lieutenant Dan weathered the storm. It looked like he could survive anything, until the internet later found out he had a rather disturbing, and enormous, arrest record.
