00:00A learning center was launched in an elementary school in Quezon City led by Israel Ambassador to the Philippines, Ilan Flas.

00:09Let's find out what happened in the wake of Vel Custodio.

00:15A turnover was made in Ramonin of Ofakim Learning Resource Center in Malaya Elementary School in Quezon City this morning.

00:22The principal of the school, Christina David, led the opening of the program.

00:27The students of Malaya Elementary School did their best to greet Israel Ambassador to the Philippines, Ilan Flas.

00:35The Israel Embassy to the Philippines supported the activities led by Ambassador Ilan Flas

00:41where the so-called Learning Center was launched for the students in the elementary school.

00:46There was a storytelling session for the students as part of the activity.

00:51In Ambassador Flas' message to the so-called Learning Center,

00:54he expressed his continued support for Israel in improving the state of education in the country.

01:00We are trying to create partnerships with Deped, with Testa, with ChED

01:06in bringing their approach, the Israeli approach on how to teach vocational training

01:12including in cyber, including in innovation, how to be an innovator,

01:19including AI, including agriculture, so very broad areas.

01:26And we would like to introduce it to create partnerships in working and using these methods here in the Philippines.

01:33The Israel Embassy is also helping to provide training to teachers.

01:37We are going to have more Filipinos actually go to Israel for a training program in education for innovation and early childhood education.

01:50Aside from the partnership in the sector of education,

01:53Ambassador Flas also assured that the government of Israel will provide security to Filipinos in Israel in the middle of war.

02:00Despite the chaos in the so-called country,

02:03they are still trying to rise up and maintain a good relationship and diplomacy with other countries.

02:09Because we believe in hope, in peace, in the future,

02:15and we want to share our aspirations and our beliefs and our expertise also with other countries.

02:25This is why we are continuing, even enhancing, our interaction and our partnerships in the Philippines.

02:32And this is why I met yesterday Secretary Angara exactly for that reason,
