00:06as residents on the Florida coast flee inland to avoid Hurricane Milton.

00:10If all falls for Category 4, the storm could be the state's worst in a century.

00:20And Hurricane Milton continues to slowly move away from the Yucatan Peninsula.

00:24Mexican authorities declared a yellow alert for moderate danger in 47 municipalities.

00:30The State Coordination of Civil Protection announced that the powerful storm will cease

00:34to affect the Yucatan Peninsula in the next few hours but will maintain a rainy season

00:39in the region.

00:40During Wednesday, Hurricane Milton will continue to bring winds gusts of 60 to 80 km per hour

00:46and waves of 2 to 4 meters high along the coast of the Yucatan and Quintana Roo regions.

00:55The wind was strong and there was a lot of rain but thank God it was calm.
