00:18There is a lot of wriggle room, okay, and it's something that we need to strengthen
00:22going forward because what the shipping industry has always done is look for wriggle room.
00:27You know, they've manoeuvred around legislation, they've looked for loopholes.
00:30We were sacked because we were too expensive and now it appears that these foreign workers
00:38are being replaced by P&O ferries because they are too costly to fly in.
00:44That is absolutely appalling.
