Are the Cincinnati Bengals a playoff team?

Despite a 1-4 start to the season, the Cincinnati Bengals continue to get bet on.  Can the Bengals make a push to the playoffs?

00:46They can't stop anybody right now.

00:48Washington ends up scoring 34 points in their win.
