00:28similar ERAs. 2.58 here for Reagans, 2.92 for Carlos Rodon.

00:36the rotation? Carlos Rodon's a left-handed pitcher, Ben. Last

00:3995 batters he's faced in totality, 77 of those have been

00:42right-handed batters. Check this out. A .250 ISO and a weighted

00:45on base percentage of .357. So then you perk up and say the

00:48only lefty in this lineup is probably going to be the

00:50passwatch, Vinny Pasquantino. But if we remove him from the

00:54equation, which he hasn't actually had too many at-bats

00:57against left-handed pitching because he was injured, the rest

00:59of that lineup outside of Hunter Renfro, zero, zero, zero,

01:03zero, zero, zero, and zero. That's the ISO power numbers

01:08against left-handed pitching for the Royals over the past month.

01:10Come on now. So the leap of faith is Rodon's going to get

01:13hit because he can't get out right-handed batters, but the

01:16Royals right-handed batters can't hit left-handed pitching.
