04:01they have independence and they are in talks with others and they can form the government.

04:07They have been claiming for everything.

04:10They would claim for parliament that we will cross 400 numbers also.

04:16So, claim is no issue. The only issue is that they have been doing it very Machiavellianly

04:25that they have already started the rigging.

04:28What I say by rigging is that they have already issued this thing

04:35that those five members, five MLAs would be nominated by the Lieutenant Governor,

04:42which is contrary to the Constitution of India.

04:46Constitution of India says that on the advice and aid of the government,

04:51the President of India can nominate five or whatever number.

04:56Here, it is totally the authority is given to the Lieutenant Governor.

05:02And when the arbitrary powers cannot be given,

05:07the Constitution has not given arbitrary powers to the President of India,

05:11how could it be that a Lieutenant Governor can have the arbitrary powers?

05:15So, they have already started misadventuring these elections.

05:21Sir, do you think on the 8th the result will be same as the exit poll?

05:30Well, I am very sure which we have been maintaining that we will cross the magic number

05:36and I am sure that it would be much better than the exit poll.
