00:00So I have confidence that the station is safe. We work very closely with Network Rail, who are the landlord and responsible for the operation of the mainline station there.
00:09We work very closely with them, not only because we operate the overground into there, but of course we have the underground station.
00:14So we have well-rehearsed contingency plans for dealing with congestion.
00:18I know the Network Rail team will do whatever they need to, to deal with any issues that have arisen.
00:24And we work really collaboratively with them as we do all the mainline stations, so we won't operate anything that's unsafe.
00:30And I have confidence that Network Rail will sort any issues out if they need to.
00:34It's not a diddly-looking passengers, only they're locked in and locked out to try and control floors, is it?
00:38No, but again, congestion management is all about that. You'll know on the Tube, we have to close stations for congestion management,
00:44whether it's busy Tube stations like Oxford Circus, regularly before the pandemic had to be closed because of capacity issues.
00:52So it's much safer to control the flow of people in and out of the station accordingly.
00:56They're well-rehearsed plans. Clearly it's not a great customer experience, but it's usually for a very short period of time.
01:03So I'm confident those plans will be robust and Network Rail will do a great job of making sure that safety is maintained.
