00:12According to NBI Director Jaime Santiago, the case of falsification by a notary public,
00:17the use of falsified documents, perjury and obstruction of justice,
00:21is what they will file in Guo's camp.
00:25The case was filed from the motion to reopen of Guo
00:28in a separate charge of Qualified Trafficking against him.
00:32However, Guo did not sign the motion before it was notarized
00:36because he fled the country at that time.
00:39Meanwhile, among the defendants are Guo's lawyer, Elmer Galicia,
00:44and four other accomplices, formerly Dante Catapay,
00:48Cheryl Medina, Catherine Salazar, and Geraldine Pepito.
