Trinbago Knight Riders have failed to advance in the 2024 Republic Bank CPL after losing to Barbados Royals by nine wickets on the DLS method in Guyana on Tuesday evening.

TKR made 168 for 3 in 19.1 overs, after which there was a floodlights failure, resulting in a two-hour delay.

Upon resumption, the Barbados Royals had to chase 60 from five overs, and got to 64 for 1 in 4.2 overs, with David Miller making a swashbuckling 50 not out.
