00:36Juan Ahmad Dalan said, in addition, the results of the Malaysian Psychological Wellbeing Index
00:41study conducted in the civil service showed that the level of psychological well-being
00:46among civil servants was still at a moderate level.
00:49He said prioritizing mental health was important to support the increase in productivity of

00:55He added that happiness at work will help employees do their work efficiently and improve
00:59the performance of the organization.
