00:37Like Mehdi, Phillips also called for prioritizing the protection of citizens' interests while
00:42cultivating an environment that encourages the beneficial use of AI technologies.
00:47We need more controls from our governments on this. The USA is trying to deal with this
00:52now. Europe has done a better job tackling this already than the USA, but we're still
00:57trying to figure out how to regulate this so that we can minimize the bad stuff if we can.
