00:00Good morning. Well, it's going to be turning increasingly unsettled from the west with

00:04heavy spells of rain and some stronger winds to come. But looking at the pressure pattern,

00:10we did have high pressure through Saturday. That's clearing eastwards and being replaced

00:14by this area of low pressure through Sunday, Monday and gradually moving its way slowly

00:19eastwards into Tuesday as well. So expecting some strong and gusty winds with this area

00:25of low pressure, but also some heavy spells of rain leading to further possible flooding.

00:32But back to this morning, a chilly start out there, especially for parts of Scotland and

00:36northern England, but a bright start here with plenty of sunny spells. Further towards

00:42the west, though, this is this area of low pressure, bringing strong gusty winds, especially

00:47across southern parts of England and into Wales. And here we do have a Met Office yellow

00:52wind warning in force that will see gusts of possibly 50 to 60 miles per hour, especially

00:59over the hills and across the headlands as well. But further towards the east, that's

01:04where we'll see plenty of bright sunshine. We've got high level cloud moving, moving

01:09through. So sunshine is going to be quite hazy through the day, but it should be feeling

01:15warm in that sunshine, feeling warmer across Scotland with highs of 13 or 14 degrees up

01:20to 16 degrees in the south and east. But towards the southwest, milder conditions,

01:26but also some heavy spells of rain and stronger winds. They're probably feeling quite unpleasant

01:32as we go through Sunday evening. A rain warning also comes into force across the southern

01:37parts of England and Wales. So expect some heavy spells of rain that could lead to further

01:43flooding impacts and also spray on the roads and some difficult driving conditions. And

01:49that rain gradually pushes across much of Wales into the Midlands and towards the southeast

01:54by the start of Monday morning. Elsewhere, skies will turn a lot cloudier and that will

02:01lead to generally a milder night than recent nights, with temperatures holding up at around

02:0610 or 11 degrees. So a generally milder but unsettled start to Monday morning. Some difficult

02:13driving conditions through rush hour, especially across England and southern parts of Wales

02:18will still have a brisk wind along that south coast and up into East Anglia as well. Further

02:24across Scotland and Northern Ireland, it's still going to be unsettled here with further

02:29spells of rain that could turn heavy at times as well. It's going to be a little bit milder

02:35than what we've had in recent days, especially further towards the south. But obviously,

02:40a lot of rain, so it's probably going to be feeling quite cool underneath any persistent

02:45heavier spells of rain. So there's a lot going on. But as we go into Tuesday and into
