00:03I'm feeling good, really thankful for everything, the opportunity of course, the chance of being

00:07here, the invitation, the lovely lunch and of course the trophy, nice and shiny.

00:13And what do you enjoy most about your role?

00:15About my new role, so I've just started my new role, it's just more, I enjoy the development,

00:20it's the structure of development, I feel like I'm developing day by day, even week

00:24by week of the change of position, how drastically I've been changing positions in the workplace

00:28but also trying to guarantee a high end product, reward comes out of it.

00:36And what's the secret to being a great employee?

00:39I don't think there really is a secret, the big thing is you've got to believe in yourself

00:43but also never ever doubt people around you, always believe in them as well because they

00:48will apprise you to the top.
